A) Warranty Information
At Hushe, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and luxurious craftsmanship with every SnowCloud™ Weighted Blanket. To ensure your peace of mind, every SnowCloud™ purchase is automatically protected by our exclusive international 1-year warranty.
As our products are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, so issues are rare. For added peace of mind, kindly handle your blanket with care, following the washing and maintenance instructions provided to preserve its quality for years to come.
We stand behind the premium standards of our products and are proud to offer a hassle-free 1-to-1 replacement for any defective blankets during the warranty period. Next and subsequent exchanges will incur a nominal administrative fee of SGD$50.00 per item to uphold our rigorous quality control standards.
To process a replacement, we require:
Proof of purchase.
The defective blanket returned to us for verification and to support our ongoing quality assurance efforts.
All returned blankets must be sent in their original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection.
Please note:
We are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping and duties charges.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as replacements can only be issued for blankets received at our facility. Hushe is not liable for parcels lost in transit.
B) What Our Warranty Covers:
Manufacturing defects: For example, stitching that comes apart upon first use.
Material issues: For example, fabric discoloration not caused by external factors.
Workmanship flaws: For example, uneven weight distribution within the blanket.
C) What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
Normal wear and tear: For example, fading of fabric over time with regular use.
Accidental damage: For example, tears or stains caused by sharp objects or spills.
Improper use, care, or cleaning: For example, damage caused by washing the blanket in hot water against care instructions.

D) Others:
The warranty will be void if the blanket has been repaired, tampered with, or modified in any way by anyone other than Hushe. The warranty is non-transferable, and monetary reimbursements are not provided.
