We’re confident you’ll love the SnowCloud™ experience. If you don’t notice improvements in your sleep, we’ll offer a hassle-free return. To ensure the best results, we recommend using it nightly and following the provided care and usage guidelines.
If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations after a minimum of 15 nights' use and within 30 nights of delivery, we will gladly process a full refund, less the processing fee*, to your original payment method.
Return Criteria
To uphold the integrity of our premium products and services, all returns must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Products must remain in their pristine, original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be returned in their original condition to ensure seamless processing of your refund.
We kindly ask that all returns are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Hushe reserves the right to decline returns for items received in compromised or unsatisfactory condition.
Please note: Our 30-Night Return Policy excludes items purchased during promotional sales or complimentary gifts received with your order.

To guarantee the secure return of your order, we recommend using a trusted Tracked service. Refunds can only be issued for products that are successfully returned to us. While we regret that we cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit, we are here to assist you every step of the way.
Kindly note that return shipping fees, along with original shipping and duties charges, are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.

Processing Fee
A flat processing fee of SGD$30 will apply to all returns. This fee supports the meticulous care and attention that go into handling your request.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will promptly process your refund. This process typically takes 10 to 14 business days, after which you will receive an email confirmation of your refund. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that requests submitted beyond the 30-night period from delivery will fall outside the scope of our return policy.
